I don't think so. They play terrible. They always have incredible luck and honestly I don't think they are stronger....maybe weaker. For me the Spanish are the favourits. IMO Spain should have won the last WC...if it wasn't for that idiot judge against Korea....

Dutch are not playing at the top now. I hope Germans will beat em in the first stage.

Don't f*** Italy! Their fighting spirit is awesome and it must bring results. They had to win EURO 2000 if not a stupid stopage time.

Spain have never won any serious trophy (except one EURO, ~1000 years ago:D ). They won't do it now too, of course.

and about Spanish. Yea, they only won Euro once, but their football is almost always one of the best. They deserve some trophy.

Bulgaria - Germany/Czech Rep. (only them we can beat, not the Dutch team)

what you call good football I call effective football. Good football is whet is good to watch, not absolutely boring game with one goal from penalty for hand-playing (extreme example)

Have you seen the match form wendesday? In 8th minute you were about to get to 10, referee just wanted to put the second yellow card out of the pocket, but then he realized it's nly friandly match and this would lear nowhere, so he closed his eyes. In first 15 minutes you were about to get 5 yellow cards. Last two matches 6:0, 3:1.

Everyone has a right to support their own teams, Elewyn. So I'm supporting Italians and Germans, and u like your teams, Finelach his etc. and noone should deny others choice.

Of course I want to see it. and ger. playing well. Germans won't do it great this year, unless they play extremely teamworking and concentrated. Italy has a great chance, if Trap won't mess things up (I'm a bit doubting about this coach). I hope Lippi will take Italian team after EURO 2004, and outstands Brazil or France tactically in WC 2006.

Well, if we'll be able to beat someone from the 'death' group for sure it won't be the Netherland as I said. Germans would want a revenge for the 1/4 final in USA'94, but Czechs... Tree in a row will be toooo much - czech team probably would underestimate the bulgarians, and they would like to take a revenge. For this 0:6, not for the last match. The last one was just a friendly, and we wanted to misslead swedish and danish teams. We want all the other teams to think of us like we're outsiders...;)

I gues there is no team to be underestimated in Euro. Nobody is outsider, there are only favourites in Euro :)

Hmm...Swiss made only a 1:0 against Liechtenstein...and the goal was made in the 90th minute...

I hope they slept well during this match, so they are fit against Croatia next week...

I think that if Croatia will play on Euro like they played the first half against Denmark that you Kuno don't stand a chance. ;)
IMO Denamrk is a better team than Germany and very close to Italy...I think they will beat Italy.

Not to mention France and England will have some hard time against against "us".
In any case I think that Croatian team has a real potential and IMO they are probably marked as one of posibble surprises.

Btw. I would agree with Elewyn. Germany and Italy play really poor. Especially Germany.

Elewyn I think that was in time of recession of Bulagrian team...the older players were backing down and new ones were coming.

Today Bulgaria is a very strong and balanced team. They've beaten us at home, but we got them back in Croatia. In any case very solid team that has some real potential.

I'm not saying it was the same team :)

I know they are quite strong! But they still lost 3:1 in friendly where Czechs were trying their team. I don't know how it was with Bulgarian team, but we made some 7 substitutions, testing team schemes, It was not playing :Czechs wanted to win, Bulgarians wanted to be defeated to be seen as outsiders. They both tested variants of gameplay. But as I know sportsmen, they always want to win. Each player played for his nomination to Euro, nobody let opponent to win :)

I only hope that Czechs won't underestimate Germans. They only must be played without any respect and it is not hard to beat them, especially in their actual form.

But I hope they will play like against Ireland in the qualifikation when they won in Dublin with 2:1. A thing that was for a lot of teams impossible for a long time...:)
