Hello
I've just finnished testing of my mod, so here it is...
It includes 3 main parts:
1) renaming of provinces, towns and kings
2) new kingdoms, quests and completely new nationality for knights (Carinthian)
3) some def changes
1a) province names changed:
Lisbon->Porto, Tago->Lisbon, Orleans->Ille de France, Franconia->Nassau, Hesse->Franconia, Nassau->Hesse, Bavaria->Swabia, Salzburg->Bavaria, Istria->Croatia, Buda->Alföld, Olonets->Vologda, Ufa->Samara, Volgograd->Sarai, Antalya->Lycia, Sinope->Paflagonia, Rum->Cappadocia, Cappadocia->Rum, Cairo->Egypt, El Alamein->Libya, Benghazi->Barka
1b) town names changed:
Leon->Santiago de Compostela, Lisboa->Porto, Tago->Lisboa, Salzburg->Augsburg, Kassel->Bamberg (and others in Franconia/Nassau/Hesse I don't remember), Raska->Belgrade, Zeta->Kotor, Olonets->Vologda, Ufa->Samara, Volgograd->Sarai, Kurdistan->Vaspurakan, Rum->Malatya, Malatya->Ikonion, Antalya->Attaleia, Lebanon->Beirut, El Alamein->Siva, Cyrenaica->Cyrene
2)New quests and kingdoms
2a) new quests:
unite_Rome - for Byzantia, France and Holy Roman Empire - you will be veryclose to the goal of many medieval monarchs, to restore Roman empire as universal christian empire
unite_Holy Roman Empire - for german states(in early and late periods) +Bohemia (in all periods, must destroy HRE first)
unite_HRE - for some Italian states
2b) new kingdoms in early period: Prussia (pagan), Carinthia, Normandy is now vassal of France, Lotharingia is vassal of Germany, Lotharingia got Flandres and Friesland
2c) new or deleted kingdoms in high period:
deleted: Italy, Naples, Fatimids, Baghdad, Germany
renamed: Ukraine->Kiev
new: Flandres(vassal of France), Tolouse(vassal of France), Holy Roman Empire(instead of Germany and most of Italy) league of Lombardy(at was with HRE), Ayyubids(Saladin's empire instead of Fatimids and Baghdad), Prussia(pagan duchy, at war with Teutonic order), Suzdal
teritorial changes in Muscovy(->smaller), Kiev, Sicily (got Naples and Sardiny), Jerusalem(got Lebanon)
Pommerania is now vassal of Denmark(instead of Germany)
2d)new and deleted kingdoms in the late period:
Leinster+Munster->Ireland, Ulster deleted(to England), Gelre renamed->Holland, Karaman deleted(Kilikia goes to Armenia)
new kingdoms: Flandre(vassal of Burgundy), Bavaria, Carinthia(vassal of Austria)
2e) I also changed a little nationalities of knights and religion in provinces - there is completely new nationality - carinthian(western Slavic)
Greek provinces(Thrace, Solun, Hellas, Cyprus and Antioch) under rule of catholic kingdoms are moved to be orthodox instead of catholic, what makes game harder for Latins, Slun, Athens, Antioch and Cyprus, the same with baltic provinces of Teutonic order in the high period and some other small changes
3) def changes:
I will give 2choices-
a) for those who like Angryminers mod there will be only small def-pack including quest editions (unite_italy and unite_england) + Angryminer's file econst.in2 with my only one change: when granting independence to a vassal, player's kingdom power rises (+1)
b) for those who would like to try my complete def changes, there will be some changes in education costs, knight costs and hiring, higher piety and books limit, possibility to accept different religion (pagans could miss it), spies getting some experience also from infiltrating and some other detail changes, mostly based on changed Angryminers mod
there is also planed extension (4) which will include (hopefully) new units like Hospitaliers, Assasins and Baltic cavalry (but they will look like some other units-Crusader infantry, Desert archers and Hobilars). But I got this idea just yesterday night, it will take some time if it will even work...
IMPORTANT!!
new quests and kingdoms need some new directories to be created!
in Black Sea Studios\Knights of Honor create folders: defs\Quests and maps\europe
in the folder maps\europe you have to create next 2 folders:
knights and kings
then copy here all files from directory HolyRome\new following directories you see there
without this you won't be able to use my new quests, new kingdoms will not have their kings and the game won't even be playable, because there is one completely new nationality of knights that needs to be red from this directory

IMPORTANT!!
Once again I repeat, this mod works fine only with patch 1.03 working. All my work is based on the patched game so I give no guarantees to those who don't use the patch 1.03. The mod may work properly, but it might cause bugs. Also this mod is for those who were not satisfied by patched KoH. I recomand to try official upgrades before any inofficial
