View Full Version : [en] plans for the weekend
My weekend started with a big bang! My wife's van had a blowout last night and I got the "pleasure" of dealing with that, which turned into an extraordinary event. The flipping donut spare was the wrong one, the lug hole pattern was to small. It was after 7:00 PM and all tire stores were closed. A very nice automotive manager at the local Wal-Mart told me he would put a tire on the rim for me if I could get there before he left at 9:00 PM. Just the way I wanted to end my day.
Maths exam on monday. That says it all, doesn't it?

Yes, that sounds good to me, actually
I've got retry exams next week of Chemistry and Latin. Also, Physics, but that's more for my own fun. Also, I have to study for the 2nd round of the Chemistry Olympiad next week.
Well, Dobber, at least your life doesn't get tedious, look at it that way

long weekend front of us,
how will you spend "your " Eastern?
Happy Eastern BTW:hello:
I will take my son to an Easter egg hunt at the home of one of our fellow church members, on Saturday. In the past we would go to my Mom and Dad's house in the afternoon on Easter Sunday. With my Mom's passing in December and Dad in the rebuilding stages of his house, I am unsure how we will spend time with family Easter Sunday. They all attend a different church than my wife, son and I.
I will spend from about 7:00 am to 12:30 pm at the church, will attend sunrise service then eat breakfast at the church and fellowship until time for regular morning services to start.

getting more sleep than usual!
This weekend, I'm taking the family to the Renaissance Festival. That is if it is not raining, the festival runs 6-8 weeks, so we can go another weekend if necessary.
Oh, I posted that a day early didn't I, I thought today was Friday already. Oh well, it has been a long week, I'm ready for weekend. Hang in there Friday is coming.
What most of you probably didn't know is that it's Easter on sunday, so we have a short holiday, which starts tomorrow. I'll spend most of it in a village near Belgrade at my grandparents' house.

This sounds very interessting. What kind of festival is this? I mean is it more cultur or more like a kind of funfair.
This weekend we have a lot to do in the garden. Some big trees have to be removed. That´s really a nast kind of work, because of the big roots. But the weatherforcast is pretty good so we´ll do our best.

I have never been, am not sure what to expect. I searched online and found they have a website and I believe it may be a little more commmercial than I was expecting. Here is a link to their websitehttp://www.garenfest.com/

After losing 3 - 0 away at Amsterdam, we're going to have to win by at least 4 - 0. Yay.

Not much just gonna relax and sleep.
Well we decided to wait until next weekend on the Renaissance Festival, the weather here is iffy this weekend, I'm not going in the rain. So I guess the weekend will be spent doing some things around the house that need doing, spending some time at the PC of course and tomorrow we will have my oldest son and his family over for lunch(I am going to grill filet mignon) to celebrate his turning 26 years old this past Wednesday.

Well, my plan is to do pretty much nothing.
I'll compete in a league-race in Live For Speed (www.liveforspeed.net) and propably take a look at maths-practices, but other than that - nothing.
