folks i have the anno 1602 demo and i have 1503 AD full version game i paid $60 for last year here in australia. Lol
What i want to know is the sceniro able to be used with the demo disc sceniros until i get the game (i may get outbidden at the ebay site and not get that particular game and then what)
I started another thread where this element can be discussed.
... What i want to know is the sceniro able to be used with the demo ....
If the demo contains an folder "own scenarios": Yes
(But I doubt the demo contains it)
afaik, you can't build all the buildings.. I remember you couldn't build a church, only a chapel. (the demo I had) so you won't get far anyway ;)

so if i add a folder called "own scenarios" thanks guys will give it a go - at least until i see if my ebay bid gets accepted.
If the folder isn't there you can not play this scenario.
I have noticed some very interesting things already. One is that the AI's cannot find their way to their warehouse!:)

... another is that the AI has no ships anymore (at least in my game). :D
.... One is that the AI's cannot find their way to their warehouse!:)
Which warehouse ?
Though I think what would happen if I'd keep the AI alive ? And if I'd support them ? May there be some tools inside their warehouses ? Will they create new ore like witches  ? Or will their ships turn into pirates ?
As for me I stopped playing now, making an economical calculation first  Seems to be heavy ...

go with the economical calculation lol - seems to be a very heavy decision but you should be able to come up with the answer.

No, I don't think so. But when I read Frieden's comments I start thinking what he is calculating, and what the results are. Is it just the material, or is it the overall balance?
Both
And one thing in addition to that .... tools :(
Yesterday I mad some experiments . Boring but necessary
???
I placed fisher huts just in front of the deep blue see - the fisher doesn't come ut. 0 %
!!!
Fishing grounds are only in medium blue water.

Im sure you guys can use the game editor tools and play around with sceniros that are slightly different from the existing ones on the yahoo group.

I think the tutorial and/or the manual also says the deep water is good for the fishers.
*sigh* How long have you been playing, guys? :ycool:
Move your mouse pointer over the water and the information line will tell you where there are fishing grounds.

I just played and finished a little player made scenario that had a Sir Henry's Island Editor made island. On this island was a little lake where the island creator did not put the detail of shallow and medium water, so, the lake was all deep water. I put three fisher huts on the banks of this little lake and they all were producing at 100% or a little less for the entire time till the scenario ended.
