Will there be one in north america? How come just in Japan?

is there a text file with the flash, there wasn't one in the fansite kit, because my flash is not working. I recently used flash material and there had to be the text file for it in the same folder in order for it to work. I have the latest flash version and everything else updated, I'd love to put your flash material on my site, but need those text files.:)
