Yep! Just help yourself, you will find everything you need on the various counters. There should be signage showing where and what is available. Everything is free here, so it is self-serve!

I didn't want to pull Eric's customers at the Tavern away from him. You can BYOB, otherwise for alcohol, you will need to see Eric. The Tavern is in Webmaster's Inn.

I just bought some whisky at the tavern and will place it in my chocolate now. That should do the trick. :rofl:
