Dobber, since you don't serve beer here anymore, and I don't really want coffee at this time of night, do you have anything to put me to sleep?

I find luke warm milk is a good way to go.

If that doesn't work a nice wooden chair across the back of your head should do the trick.:silly::rofl: :silly:

Try the turkey sandwich!

And there is hot water and tea, I think there is some of that tea over there that is supposed to help you sleep!

Turkey sandwich? How would that help? Anyway, I slept just fine, so I'll just have a coffee now. Let's see if it can wake me up (because it usually can't)...

What do you mean?

Traveller

Mocca, Nescafe, 3 in 1, on beans, Turkish coffee, black coffee, espresso, frappe, capuccino, some other trade mark, type or way of making it...

penelope

Oh, I found an espresso machine over there so help your self. And I think there is also Nescafe in a board, if you prefer that. But I think youŽll prefer it black and strong. Am I right?

Actually I don't like coffee at all, but right now I'll make myself a frappe! Oh, it's so damn hot in here! :blueohh:
Otherwise, you're right - in Bulgaria and especially in Macedonia people seem to like the black and strong coffee quite much...

The tryptophan in the turkey! Turkey has high levels of tryptophan in it and tryptophan boosts serotonin levels in your body helping you sleep!

I will have to take a look and see, the staff offers a different variety/assortment each day.

Try the Jamaican Blue Mountain, it is very good!

Personally I always prefer Arabica coffee (really, pure Arabica makes a great coffee) and that's what I'm currently drinking.

I've heard the most expensive coffee is made from cat's "left-overs"... :yuck:

Yeah I read about that, that certain type of cat eats the coffee berries and then the bean is later collected from the ...........

That's why it is so easy to take a nap after Thanksgiving dinner.

Nah, I've heard from a friend of mine that it's normal to feel sleepy after you've eaten much, simply because you're stomach is so full and the belly - so growing, that it's actually drawing your eyelids down!
