lol. What a coincidence! You know, I've read about that palm-shaped island and when I read your question I thought: Who knows what they are up to in Dubai now. They certainly have the money. But actually I thought it would be more like an artificially created environment under a glass-dome. I know they've build skiing slopes like that.

Yeah, I've been thinking exactly the same (sea-level rise). The only thing is that it is already happening and at least currently we can't really do a lot about it.
