if one didn't respect the rules properly this doesn't mean that you can disrespect them as well.

Holland and Hungary are certain. From your remark to Elvain I suppose Czech Republc was there as well (Most probably as Czechoslovakia). And last one is Sweden I remember to have seen this in a reportage about Brazil football team during last World championship.
