Why is it wrong that in movies about the ship "Titanic" the last chimney is always shown emitting smoke?

a) The furnaces for the last chimney were not to be used until the engine was worn in.
b) Due to problems with the time schedule, the furnaces for the last chimney were not completed in time and were to be finished upon the ships return.
c) It was not attached to any furnace, they only put it for decoration purposes.
d) It was the kitchen exhaust which produces so few steam that it is not visible.
e) Due to a strike of the Irish workers, the engine plans had to be changed at the last minute or the ship would not have been completed on time.
f) Because 4 is a lucky number in seafaring (the four points of the compass).

It's the signature of Henry III I guess, just accidentaly came over it. Funny thing these signatures, because noone of them could write his name the chancellors just drew a monogram where the rulers just had to make a small line (the horizontal line of the "H" in this case) to sign it.

I saw a bunch of these at the exhibition about the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation. Gosh, they had amazing exhibits there!
