it's 27 pitches because there are 9innings in a baseball game and 3 outs per inning 9*3=27 so B, though no one can pull off this feat lol

none of you are right.
25 is the answer
If the home team is winning they do not bat in the ninth inning, so if the losing pitcher pitched a complete game he would not be pitching in the bottom of the ninth.
If each batter he faced put the ball in play on the first pitch and outs recorded for all but one and that one hit a homerun(24 outs and 1 homerun), then 25 pitches would be made.
He would be some more pissed pitcher because his teammates didn't give him any run support.

25 is the correct answer but your still worng on how he got 25 pitches. in a complete 9 inning game By not going into the bottom of the 9th it would not be considered a complete 9 inning game.
This is how the pitcher got to 25. The game is tied up 0 to 0 in the bottom of the 9th. Every pitch he threw was either a groundout or a pop fly resulting in 24 pitches. The pitcher is on the away team and the 25th pitch he threw was a walk of homerun ending the game. So therefore he was completed an entry 9 innning game. Though he lost he had one of the esayest day at the ballpark he could of had. lol
Your turn Dobber.
