We don't know what is the asnwer since Largefry didn't gave us the clue.

And btw. the latter question is flawed since neither of the countries counted are in North America, these are Central American countries.

Central America is not a continent but it also doesn't belong to North nor to South America.

Hector

Central America is a small region that belongs to North America
Still no one has found the answer.

It does not belongs to North America, Central America is a region of it's own.

Observe these maps:
http://www.infoplease.com/atlas/northamerica.html
http://www.infoplease.com/atlas/southamerica.html
http://www.infoplease.com/atlas/centralamerica.html

And Albanian you can't ask question since the previous question is not over, get it?

It belongs to north america. What you are saying is like saying england does not belong to europe because it belongs to the United Kingdom, its still in europe.

look at this map (http://media.maps101.com/SUB/K_3/k3continents.gif) and you will see that central america clearly belongs to north america

Actually your comparison is flawed and wrong and futhermore unclear.
You are comparing a country with a specific region.

Central America is a specific region that connects North and South America and as such does not belong to either...as you can see on the links I provided before.

My fault about asking another question before the other one was found I thought you guys let that go since no one posted for days.

One would think that Minnesota is the correct answer with its nickname being "The Land of 10,00 Lakes" yet it is wrong. Wisconsin has 14,000 lakes but it still doesn't compare to Alaska's 100,000 lakes. Almost all of the lakes where created during the Ice Age. And Washingtion I just threw in there for no reason.

Finellach your turn.

If you will notice at the bottom of the central america map you have linked to, is a statement "Note: Central America is geographically part of North America.".

Also the North America map has alink to a geographical description stating: "North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. North America includes all of the mainland and related offshore islands lying N of the Isthmus of Panama (which connects it with South America). The term “Anglo-America” is frequently used in reference to Canada and the United States combined, while the term “Middle America” is used to describe the region including Mexico, the republics of Central America, and the Caribbean."

So with your links you have proved that Central America is part of North America!

@Albanian Empire, the previous question was not yet 24 hours old. If the presenter of that question does not respond to the answers within 24 hours, then another question can be asked. But even then it should be the first respondent to the previous question, that asks the next question. You have to first particpate by answering a question before being able to ask a question.
