Nope, Pencho Slaveykov, the son of Petko Slaveykov, is a poet from nearly the same time. But he's not the author of "Epopee of the Forgotten". Btw there's one funny little poem, written by his father about him...

C) Georgi Rakovski - revolutionary, historian, poet and writer. Organizer of the two Bulgarian legias in Serbia. And NOT the author of "Epopee of the forgotten".

And, yes, I know that none of you would know of them. It's just another guess game!

Did you guess by luck or did you actually know it? The answer is right! Your turn! :go:

And btw - welcome to the forum! Feel free to have a drink at the Tavern at the Inn or at Dobber's Cafe!

Hmm, do we wait longer for a new question from DJ Marks or we use the 24h rule and just anyone gives a new one?

Traveller

Ok, now, really! If someone doesn't post a new question in the next few hours, I will!

Btw here's a rock clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8V_NO6u6R4), based on "Epopee of the Forgotten" (http://www.slovo.bg/showwork.php3?AuID=283&WorkID=10654&Level=2)...

Sorry, wasn't here yesterday...
Ok, here's a toughie:

Which of the following Bulgarian bands has an album about the last Bulgarian Patriarch from the time of the Second Bulgarian Empire:

A) Epizod
B) B.T.R.
C) Balkanjii
D) Ahat
E) Shturcite

I believe almost all of the people here would have to guess again...

Xuca

C) is my answer.

Traveller

Sorry, Xuca, but Balkanjii haven't made such a historical (literally) album. You could try again 24h after this answer of yours.

B) B.t.r???

Traveller
14-08-2006, 22:37
No, Largefry, despite of B.T.R. being one of my favourite Bulgarian bands (quite a nice balladic rock), they're not the ones.

Hmm... You're either Bulgarian, have some extraordinary luck or are cheating with searching information. Well, I hope it's not the last! Your turn! And don't take so long again!

DJ Marks

 I was guessing on the last one. I apologize for not subitting a question earlier.

The scientist Sir James Black won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1988 for his role in the discovery of

Traveller

Xuca
