In German they're Tick, Trick and Track, so these are right. So it's either Louie, Hewey or Huey. I say C.

In Bulgaria they're Louie (Луи), Huey or Hewey (not sure of the spelling; Хюи) and Dewey (Дюи). And if on German they're Tick, Trick and Track, then it should be D: Truck, unless it's a typing mistake, of course. If so, then it's either C or F, but I say D.
