I have decided. I will accept the Scottish treaty. Although my advisors adviced me that I could have used the welsh famous bowmen to mine advantage, I cannot deny my companionship with the Scottish and their king. Yesterday Barret returned from his mission in Denmark with no interresting news. When he had rested a while I sent him as a messenger to Scotland. He did resisted a while but when I threaten to cut back on his pay he went the same day.
I sent him as he's one of the few men I trust in this land. Although, I wouldn't trust him with my life, as he IS and will always be a spy (and occasionaly an assassin)
I have ordered the captain of the militia to prepare the men for "some action" as I can bet on that the Welsh will not take kindly on mine decision to go with the Scottish.
The boys are growing up nicely, but I feel like a stranger when I go and see them as I have lots of paperwork to do everyday so I can only spare some hours per day for them. It seems that I will have even less time for them when the Welsh attack.

Yeah, that's most probably a "Nigerian scam", I've received such things many times - either the wife of the former President of Zimbabwe wants to transfer me some money to my account and then I'll keep some and give the rest to her or some late millionaire has decided to share his money with some 100 and I happen to be one of them... And, of course, they always want you to send them some small ammount of money first, so that they're "sure" you're serious...

Some Joe used to send me spam, I forgot his last name, I never read his messages, just first time scrolled to the end, and saw "if you aren't interested, reply unsubscribe, otherwise I'll keep spamming you". He gave up eventually.

Yeah, a lot of the time they are not really sure if they have a viable email until you click that unsubscribe button and then they know there is someone at the other end and you really start to get spammed then!

There was a guy who keept spamming me with pornography. His emails sounded like "Hello kid do you want to subscribe to get the best porn available , We even give free samples". I blocked his current email but he keept sending me his crap, with his other email adresses. Ended up with completely shadeing my hole email for his ip.

Arrows had been raining for two days now. I didn't have a clue that the Welsh would attack this soon! Dammit, I was unprepared for this. A fourth of mine tropps died when the first wave of welish soldiers approched the city.The troops had no chance of striking back before the arrows rained down on them. I will make them pay for their deaths.
It was just luck we had time too shut the gates before the attacking. Now the archers are raining arrows down upon ours heads all day long. Only two thirds of our army is still standing and many of them are wounded in some way.
I have learned that the besieging army is just a fraction of the one who is approching from Wales. I don't know how we are gonna survive this assault any longer without the help of the Scottish. Wonder if Barret delivered the message the them or not. Maybe he got ambushed on the way? No, Barret is too good to be captured by anyone.

3 july conquestare

The following failing battles of byzantine have made even more soldiers go into exile. Many of them joined me all directly from Constantinople some of them were even from the emporers own guard haveing combat experience from many battles deadly as assasins in close combat. My traning is complete , I even recuited ballistic engineers and crafty blacksmiths which we will really have use off. I sent further word to king xuca that my battalion is ready for service and we will march to meet up with him in north bulgaria.
