MY falconiers had brought me a message I was reading it while riding to Adrianople. It said about the enemy numbers and a northern gate.
I called a falcon messenger and gave him a note that must be send to the main army that they must march faster and i gave him a message which is adresed to one of my commanders who is at the main army. That he must send the letter which came with the message to my wife in mithdrill who is fighten the invaders in my homeland. I asked the scout to lead us the shortest way to Adrianople northerns gate. I called the other falconmesseger and send him with a message to Adrianople that my men will arrive at midnight at the northern gate. Adn that he main army if they speed up there pase that they will arive tomorrow at noon.
But now i must ride to get to Adrianople to help angryminer.

I think I mentioned that the Romeans are building the siege machinery, which would be ready tomorrow noon. Or maybe I just haven't seen whole of the enemy army...
Btw, I think we should make a "little" clarification for the position of everyone, cuz I'm totally lost at f.e. is Xuca helping Conquestaire and such!

We Have made camp not far from Adrianople. I was able to ride on horseback today, my energy slowly returning to me. The Druid healers are miraculuous. We have had reports that the Byzantines are in position to attack Adrianople, we probably should have pushed the troops to continue toward the city but we have been pressing the march already and they are very tired. We really need the rest. As is we are in position to arrive at noon tomorrow, if the Byzantines make their attack tomorrow, maybe the city and the forces there can hold on until we arrive. Yet still our men will be on weary legs, maybe the adrenaline rush will give them that extra burst of energy needed. As for myself, I do not feel well enough for hand to hand combat. Maybe I can observe the battlefield from the hilltop and send battle evaluations and enemy troop movements to the other commanders so they can make adjustments and send troops where they are needed most and be most effective. But we need some sort of edge, maybe the Druids that have joined us can work some sort of magic that will give us an edge. Ainvar discussed with me that there might be something they could do, they are very much in touch with nature and what was it he said, The Source of All Being and the Otherworld or something like that.

Surprises seem to be the daily dish down here. First everything is calm and just minutes after some druids enters the camp, I notice that Dobber is alive! Can't wait to deliver the news to Navatar.

I been thinking about my situation in all this. If I shall give my presence away and work as the Commanders spy, instead of just sitting here in my little hideout and rolling my thumbs....but I still work for Navatar and he never ordered me to alert the others of my presence. Actually he ordered me to stay unnoticed at any means....hmmm.....Well, they haven't found me yet so I kept that part.
The other choice I can choose is a little more nastier one. I been longing to use my dagger for some time now either way...maybe it's time to awaken the assassin in me again....hmmm...

I will decide later, as the army seems to be moving now.
